Job Title: ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Consultants
Location: Remote
Role Type: Contract
We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Consultants with strong hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting SPM within the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, implement, and enhance ServiceNow SPM
Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions
Support areas such as Demand Management, Project/Portfolio Management, Resource Management, Strategic Planning, and financial planning
Configure workflows, dashboards, reports, and related SPM functionality
Troubleshoot SPM issues and provide ongoing production support
Participate in testing, deployments, upgrades, and enhancements
Recommend ServiceNow SPM best practices and process improvements
Required Skills
Strong hands-on ServiceNow SPM experience
Experience with ServiceNow SPM configuration and implementation
Knowledge of Demand, Project/Portfolio, Resource, and Strategic Planning processes
Ability to translate business requirements into technical/configuration solutions
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience working with both technical and business teams
Preferred
ServiceNow CIS-SPM certification preferred
ServiceNow implementation experience in enterprise environments
Additional ServiceNow certifications such as CSA are a plus
