I’m helping Homeaglow find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Sales Agent.
You will drive sales growth by building lasting client relationships in a dynamic tech environment.

Responsibilities and more:
Job Description:
A Sales Agent is typically responsible for contacting prospective customers via phone call, text, or email.
Successfully convert both warm and cold leads into a sale.
Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects.
Convince prospect customers to use existing vouchers.
Create a long-lasting relationship with clients.
Contribute to improving the current workflow by creating and/or modifying existing call flows and scripts to improve conversion rates.
Minimum Requirements:
Good to excellent English both in verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
Excellent phone etiquette.
A professional and courteous disposition.
Persuasive and results-oriented.
Others:
Willingness to work 5 days x 9 hours per week (45 hours work-week).
1 hour unpaid lunch per workday.
30 minutes paid break per workday.
Willingness to work during day, mid or graveyard shift, Holidays and rotating rest days.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced tech startup environment.
