PART-TIME CNC PROGRAMMER & SETTER REQUIRED

Role Description This is a part-time CNC Programmer & Setter role based on-site at SANJAY BRASS in Jamnagar. The CNC Programmer & Setter will create and modify CNC programs for milling and machining operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The role includes setting up CNC machines, interpreting technical drawings, selecting appropriate tools, and performing trial runs. Daily tasks involve monitoring machine performance, adjusting settings, checking dimensions, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. The individual will collaborate with production staff to meet output targets and support continuous improvement of machining processes.
Qualifications
Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings and engineering sketches.
Strong CNC programming skills, including creating, editing, and optimizing programs.
Hands-on experience in machining and milling operations on CNC machines.
Solid understanding of programming concepts related to CNC controls and tooling.
Attention to detail, good problem-solving abilities, and commitment to safety.
Previous experience in a precision manufacturing or metalworking environment is beneficial.
Relevant technical diploma, certification, or on-the-job training in CNC machining is an advantage.
