Associate Project Manager & Quality/Test Manager

We are looking for a delivery-focused project professional to join a large, international client programme in digital commerce.
The programme
A global consumer technology company is unifying its customer wallet and payment experience across two of its digital sales channels. The scope covers purchasing, wallet funding, refunds, account integration, and financial reconciliation. Teams involved include eCommerce, Payments & Fraud, Finance, Customer Service, Account Platform, Data & Analytics, Supply Chain, Legal and Application Development. The programme is in its Discovery phase, with implementation and rollout to follow.
The role
This is one hybrid position that combines project coordination and delivery support with overall testing and quality management, across the full project lifecycle from Discovery through Go-Live and hypercare. You will work alongside the Lead Project Manager. This is not an administrative PMO position: you will run workstreams, workshops, testing coordination and governance in your own right.
What you will do
* Maintain plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and decisions
* Prepare status reports and steering committee material
* Coordinate Discovery workshops and requirements work, and keep requirements traceable
* Act as the coordination point between business, IT and external delivery partners
* Own the test approach: test strategy, test plan, SIT and UAT planning, defect management and test reporting
* Coordinate end-to-end testing of purchase journeys, wallet funding, refunds, multi-currency scenarios, payment provider integrations and reconciliation
* Lead release readiness, support cutover planning and Go-Live quality sign-off
* Support post-Go-Live stabilisation and capture lessons learned
What we are looking for
* 5+ years in project management, test management or IT delivery
* Experience in both project coordination and testing/quality roles
* Medium to large IT projects with cross-functional, international teams
* Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and reporting skills
* Comfortable working independently
Useful background
eCommerce, payment systems or gateways, wallet solutions, financial transaction systems, customer account platforms, multi-country or multi-currency implementations. Familiarity with Wrike, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Microsoft 365. Agile and hybrid delivery.
Seniority
* Senior Associate PM / Junior PM with strong test management experience.
Location
* EU countries. Candidates must be EU residents.
