About Wip
Wip delivers a better energy experience through smart, portable formats designed for modern life. Sitting at the intersection of science, design and consumer culture, Wip is building a new energy category around convenience, performance and bold consumer experiences.
The Opportunity
Wip is looking for a Manager, Social Media, to lead creator and social programs that build belief, education and measurable business results. This role is for someone who has personally built and run creator programs, understands influence beyond vanity metrics, and can operate a repeatable content engine with speed, judgment and strong creative instincts.
This is not simply a trend-chasing or brand-awareness role. The focus is on building a system that works, learning quickly and scaling what delivers real results.
What You'll Do
Build and run the creator engine
• Own end-to-end influencer and creator strategy across micro, mid and macro creators.
• Build always-on creator pipelines alongside campaign-based activations.
• Develop clear, repeatable briefing frameworks that lead to consistent, usable content.
• Build long-term creator partnerships, not just one-off posts.
Create content that drives the business
• Generate creator-led content that supports product education, brand credibility and conversion.
• Balance speed and polish while keeping content native, relevant and natural to each platform.
• Scale strong content across platforms and formats.
• Connect creator activity to eCommerce performance and downstream conversion.
Own social strategy with focus
• Help define the role of owned social versus creator-led content.
• Oversee social execution while maintaining focus on scalable content inputs.
• Stay platform fluent without chasing every trend.
Measure, learn and scale
• Define KPIs tied to meaningful business outcomes, not just engagement.
• Use performance data to refine strategy and creative direction.
• Scale what works, cut what does not and improve efficiency over time.
Partner and influence
• Partner effectively with legal, medical, regulatory or validator teams when required.
• Influence senior stakeholders through clear reasoning, sound judgment and strong recommendations.
• Help protect Wip's voice and translate creator and cultural trends into brand-appropriate execution.
What You'll Bring
• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of experience in social, influencer or creator marketing.
• Hands-on experience personally managing and operating influencer or creator programs.
• Experience working across micro, mid and macro creators.
• Demonstrated ability to connect content activity to business impact.
• Experience building always-on content systems, not only campaign-based programs.
• Strong creative taste, social instincts and comfort operating at high volume and velocity.
• Experience leading, briefing and working with agency partners.
• Ability to explain why content performed, not simply that it performed.
• Experience partnering with legal, medical or regulatory teams is an asset.
