Senior Order-to-Cash Business Analyst

Position: Senior Order-to-Cash (O2C) Business Analyst
Position Overview:
We are looking for a strong O2C business analyst with strong end-to-end knowledge of the Order-to-Cash business process. This individual will work directly with business stakeholders to understand current processes, gather and document requirements, identify business needs, and help drive solutions across the O2C lifecycle.
The ideal candidate is a senior, self-directed Business Analyst who can independently lead business discussions, ask the right questions, and take ownership of requirements and deliverables with minimal hand-holding.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead discussions and working sessions with business stakeholders across the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process
Gather, analyze, clarify, and document business requirements
Understand current-state business processes and help define future-state requirements
Identify process gaps, dependencies, issues, and opportunities for improvement
Translate business needs into clear functional/business requirements for technical and project teams
Coordinate with business, functional, and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Facilitate requirements workshops and drive discussions to decisions and actionable next steps
Maintain requirements, process documentation, decisions, issues, and follow-up items
Take ownership of assigned O2C workstreams and independently drive activities to completion
Serve as a bridge between business users and project/technology teams
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business process knowledge
Senior-level Business Analyst / Business Process Analyst experience
Demonstrated experience independently leading requirements-gathering sessions and stakeholder discussions
Strong requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation skills
Ability to understand business processes, identify gaps, and translate business needs into actionable requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong stakeholder-management and facilitation skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership with minimal supervision
Preferred:
Experience working in an SAP environment, ideally SAP S/4HANA
Experience supporting large-scale ERP or business-transformation initiatives
Experience with complex enterprise Order-to-Cash processes

Candidates should be comfortable discussing the O2C lifecycle, including areas such as:
Customer/Order Management → Pricing → Credit → Fulfillment/Delivery → Shipping → Billing/Invoicing → Accounts Receivable/Payment → Returns/Credits/Disputes
