Area Sales Executive (Field Sales)

AdityaX Innovations is a Pune-based digital studio that builds its own apps, including SevenBites (food delivery), 7 Days (society visitor management), Subflow, AstroBhavana and more. We are hiring 10 Area Sales Executives to bring these products to customers across Pune.
What you will do:
- Meet housing societies, local businesses and shop owners in your assigned area and pitch our apps
- Run product demos and explain how the app solves their problem
- Generate leads, follow up and close onboarding
- Build long-term relationships and keep customers using the product
- Report daily visits, leads and conversions to the sales team
- Share on-ground feedback so we can improve the products
What we are looking for:
- Up to 3 years of field or area sales experience. Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
- Experience selling to housing societies is a plus, but not required
- Fluent in Marathi, Hindi and English
- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence
- Comfortable with smartphone apps and basic reporting
- Confident, self-driven and target-oriented

- Fixed salary of ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month, based on experience
