Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The intern will support the sales team by identifying potential customers, preparing quotations, and following up on inquiries. Daily tasks include assisting with customer communication, maintaining CRM records, and coordinating with internal teams to gather product and pricing information. The intern will help execute marketing activities such as preparing presentations, supporting digital campaigns, and creating basic content for promotional materials. The role also involves preparing reports, participating in product training sessions, and supporting sales management with market research and competitor analysis.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with clients and internal teams.
Foundational Sales and Sales Management abilities to support lead generation, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking.
Interest in Training and learning about industrial valves, technical specifications, and market applications.
Basic understanding of marketing principles and willingness to assist with promotional campaigns.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort working with CRM or similar tools.
Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage time effectively, and collaborate within a multicultural environment.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Prior internship or academic project experience in sales, marketing, or industrial products is an advantage.
