Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily business operations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
Develop and implement operational processes, procedures, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with department leaders to coordinate priorities and improve execution.
Monitor key performance indicators and prepare reports to support management decisions.
Support business planning, resource allocation, and operational budgeting.
Identify process gaps, operational risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve productivity and service delivery.
Establish clear workflows, accountability measures, and operating standards.
Provide leadership with regular updates on operational performance and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive experience in business operations, operational management, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience managing business processes and cross-functional projects.
Strong understanding of operational planning, performance measurement, and process improvement.
Proficiency in analyzing business data and translating findings into practical recommendations.
Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with stakeholders at different levels.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
