At AICAN, we’re building Optiwise, an AI-native operating platform that helps manufacturing companies digitize operations, optimize performance, and scale their businesses.
We work closely with real factories to solve practical problems across production, inventory, purchasing, quality, maintenance, and shopfloor operations using AI, automation, and connected systems.
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager who can understand customer problems, identify opportunities, and turn ideas into working products quickly.
This is a fast-paced startup role for someone who takes ownership, thinks from first principles, and cares more about creating customer value than simply shipping features.
Key Responsibilities
Understand manufacturing workflows and identify high-impact customer problems.
Work directly with customers to gather insights, validate problems, and test solutions.
Define product requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build and ship products rapidly.
Use AI tools, agents, automation, and emerging technologies to solve real-world problems.
Build prototypes, test ideas, collect feedback, and continuously improve the product.
Define success metrics and measure the business impact of product features.
Own the product lifecycle from problem discovery to launch and iteration.
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of experience in product management, product development, or a relevant domain.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Customer-first mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
Strong understanding of AI tools, LLMs, AI agents, automation, and their practical applications.
Ability to work closely with developers and translate business problems into actionable requirements.
Excellent communication, prioritization, and execution skills.
Comfort working in an ambiguous, fast-moving startup environment.
Willingness to take end-to-end ownership and learn quickly.
Experience in manufacturing, ERP, B2B SaaS, industrial technology, or operations is a plus.

Compensation: ₹5-7 LPA in-hand salary.
