About Speak With Confidence Community
I started Speak With Confidence Community with a vision to help people structure their thoughts, communicate clearly, and speak with confidence. I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to develop their voice and express their ideas effectively.
As the community grows, I’m looking for 2–3 proactive, innovative, and growth-driven founding team members to help bring this vision to life. Together, we’ll create opportunities for people to practise public speaking, strengthen their communication skills, and grow in confidence.
Roles and Responsibilities
Contribute ideas and strategies for community growth.
Develop engaging public speaking activities, content, and communication practice sessions.
Support the planning and coordination of virtual sessions and events
Take ownership of responsibilities and collaborate to turn ideas into action.
Who I’m Looking For
Individuals who are passionate about communication, proactive, reliable, innovative, and willing to learn and contribute. You don’t have to be a public-speaking expert; initiative, collaboration, and a genuine connection to the vision matter most.
Previous experience is welcome but not compulsory.
