Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on AI Full Stack Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of AI-powered applications and agent-based solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with leadership skills, driving teams to deliver high-quality solutions while effectively communicating with both technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and delivery of AI applications, AI agents, and full-stack solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
Drive project execution, manage dependencies, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Create, track, and manage technical tickets while proactively following up to ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with business and technology leaders to align solutions with organizational goals.
Participate in architecture, design reviews, coding, and troubleshooting as needed.
Required Skills
Strong experience in Python and JavaScript/React.
Hands-on experience building AI/LLM-based applications and agentic workflows.
Experience with LangGraph, AI frameworks, and modern AI development practices.
Proficiency with Git/GitHub, Azure, and Agile development methodologies.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, VS Code, and GitHub Copilot.
Ability to remain hands-on and contribute to development when required.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience leading distributed development teams.
Strong understanding of cloud-native application development and deployment.
Proven ability to engage effectively with both technical and business leadership.
