1) MCU Embedded Software + DIS domain – 10 Positions
Qualification : BE/ME in ECE, CSE, EEE branches
Experience : 4 to 7 Years in Automotive Domain Preferrable
Duration : 6 - 12 Months
Work site : Coimbatore.
Mandatory Skills :
• Strong experience in Embedded Software Development, with a proven track record of successfully delivering embedded software projects.
• Experience in design, development & testing of vehicle Instrument cluster system applications.
• Extensive knowledge of programming languages such as C for embedded systems.
• Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and device drivers development.
• Detailed working knowledge of Automotive Networks (CAN, LIN) and Diagnostic standards (J1939, ISO 14229, UDS).
• Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting embedded software using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Strong understanding of embedded systems architecture, hardware-software interactions, and low-level programming.
• Experience with tools like DOORS, CANalyzer/CANoe, Jira, SVN/ GIT.
• Familiarity with industry standards and protocols related to embedded software development, such as MISRA C.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset to identify and resolve complex issues in embedded software development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and Customer teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting project deadlines.
Good to have skills:
• Embedded software Testing
• UI/UX requirements and high-level design understanding
• Familiarity with UML for modeling systems and workflows

Experience in implementing Safety Mechanisms for MCU-based automotive systems (Watchdogs, ECC, lockstep, MPU, diagnostics, fault handling)
Experience in executing HARA and ASIL classifications
Awareness on defining Safety Goals, Functional/Technical Safety Concepts and Safety requirements
Awareness on FMEA/FMEDA, DFA, FTA, dependent failure analysis, safety case preparation
4-7 years experience
