Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhiwandi, focused on leather goods within an artificial leather manufacturing environment. The role involves overseeing the production and quality of leather goods, coordinating with manufacturing teams, and ensuring that products meet specifications and customer requirements. Daily tasks may include monitoring production lines, inspecting materials and finished goods, documenting processes, and collaborating with supervisors to resolve issues or improve efficiency. The role also requires maintaining safety and compliance standards, supporting inventory control, and contributing to timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of artificial leather or leather goods manufacturing processes and materials.
Experience in production supervision, quality inspection, or operations in an industrial setting.
Ability to read and follow technical instructions, product specifications, and safety guidelines.
Basic computer literacy for recording data, preparing reports, and communicating with internal teams.
Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on meeting quality and delivery targets.
Prior experience in textiles, coatings, or related manufacturing is an advantage.
Relevant technical diploma or degree in manufacturing, textiles, or a related field is preferred.
