PerfHR is hiring experienced professionals for a leading real-estate organisation for the following senior-level positions.
1. Senior Accounts Manager
Experience: Minimum 5–7 years
Compensation: ₹80,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations
- Oversee budgeting, cash flow and financial reporting
- Handle GST, TDS, taxation and statutory compliance
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors and internal teams
- Monitor receivables, payables and project-related expenditures
- Strengthen financial controls and management reporting
Preferred Experience:
Candidates with prior experience in real estate, construction, infrastructure or project-based organisations will be preferred.

2. Project Head
Experience: Minimum 10 years
Compensation: ₹1.25 lakh per month onwards
Compensation is flexible depending on experience and suitability.
Candidates should have substantial experience in development and infrastructure works, including:
- Sewerage works
- Storm-water drainage
- Water supply projects
- Road works
- Civil and infrastructure development
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution
- Manage contractors, vendors, consultants and site teams
- Monitor project timelines, quality, cost and manpower
- Coordinate engineering, procurement and execution activities
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards and safety requirements
- Resolve execution bottlenecks and maintain project progress
- Provide regular project updates to management
Preferred Experience:
Relevant experience in real estate development, township projects, residential developments, infrastructure or large-scale civil works will be strongly preferred.
