Role Description The Technical Field Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities for conveyor systems and automation solutions, visiting customer sites, and conducting technical discussions to understand application needs. The executive will prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals and quotations, while coordinating with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate solution design and feasibility. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting negotiations, following up on leads, and providing post-sale support to maintain strong customer relationships. The role also includes training customers on product features and applications, gathering market intelligence, and representing Ultraplast at industry events or customer meetings.
Qualifications
Strong Sales and Negotiation skills, with experience in industrial or technical product sales.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Capability to deliver Training and product demonstrations for technical solutions.
Background in mechanical, industrial, or production engineering is preferred.
Experience in conveyors, material-handling, packaging lines, or automation projects is an advantage.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and layouts.
Comfort with frequent field travel, site visits and on-site customer interactions.
Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office and basic reporting.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related field is desirable.
