Role Description The Project Manager Civil role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing civil infrastructure and construction projects across the group’s campuses, ensuring alignment with institutional standards and timelines. The Project Manager Civil will manage project schedules, budgeting, resource allocation, and contractor coordination, while monitoring work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing designs and drawings, tracking project progress, resolving site issues, preparing status reports, and collaborating closely with management, architects, engineers, and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications
Civil Engineering and Infrastructure skills, with the ability to oversee design, structural integrity, and site development.
Construction Management and Project Management skills to plan, execute, monitor, and close projects effectively.
Budgeting skills for cost estimation, financial tracking, and optimizing resource utilization.
Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance in civil construction.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, construction management) are an advantage.
Proven experience managing medium to large-scale civil projects, preferably in institutional or educational infrastructure.
Effective communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Proficiency in project management tools and civil engineering software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD) and strong documentation abilities.
