Role Description The Developer will work full time on-site in Richmond, VA, building and maintaining TEMup.AI’s core platform and supporting products. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing, implementing, and testing backend and frontend features, integrating third-party APIs for CRM, messaging, and calendar systems, and optimizing performance for real-time lead engagement. The role involves collaborating closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. The Developer will also monitor system reliability, address bugs, participate in code reviews, and contribute to security, data integrity, and documentation for ongoing platform improvements.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in software development, including experience with modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar) and frameworks for web applications.
Experience with backend services and APIs, including RESTful API design, integration with third-party platforms (CRM, messaging, calendar tools), and database management (SQL or NoSQL).
Competence in frontend development, using modern JavaScript frameworks (such as React, Vue, or Angular), responsive UI design, and cross-browser compatibility.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices, including deployment pipelines, containerization (e.g., Docker), and monitoring tools.
Understanding of AI-driven or automation-based systems, event-driven architectures, and real-time data processing is highly beneficial.
Ability to write clean, maintainable code, perform code reviews, and follow version control best practices (e.g., Git).
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in SaaS or real estate technology is a plus.
