Role Description
As a Founding Member at Tattviq Labs Private Limited, you will play a key role in shaping product strategy, business development, and overall company direction in a deep-tech environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and user research, contributing to product roadmaps, supporting go-to-market plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across hardware, software, and design. You will engage with potential customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales opportunities, build relationships, and strengthen brand presence. The role requires active participation in strategic discussions, documentation of processes, and continuous feedback into product and business decisions. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mangaluru, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to interpret data, understand market trends, and support evidence-based decision-making.
Effective communication skills for clear written and verbal interaction with cross-functional teams, partners, and customers.
Sales skills to identify opportunities, nurture leads, and contribute to early-stage revenue growth and customer acquisition.
Marketing skills to support brand positioning, content creation, campaigns, and outreach across digital and offline channels.
Research skills to conduct user studies, competitor analysis, and technology landscape reviews that inform product and business strategy.
Demonstrated interest in deep-tech domains such as AI, IoT, robotics, embedded systems, or intelligent hardware is highly beneficial.
Ability to thrive in an early-stage startup environment, take ownership, and work collaboratively in a small, multidisciplinary team.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, design, business, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent practical experience is also valued.
