Data Science Intern

Afame Technologies is offering a project-based Data Science Internship for students and fresh graduates who are passionate about solving real-world problems using data.
This internship is designed to provide hands-on learning through predefined industry-oriented projects, helping participants develop practical skills in data analysis, statistics, machine learning, and data visualization while building a strong portfolio.
Type of Internship: Remote & Unpaid
Duration: 1-3 months (flexible)
Key Responsibilities
Complete assigned Data Science projects within the specified timeline.
Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze datasets.
Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify patterns and trends.
Develop predictive models using appropriate Machine Learning techniques.
Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights.
Interpret analytical results and prepare project documentation.
Submit project deliverables as per the internship guidelines.
Maintain professionalism and adhere to project deadlines.
Skills
Basic understanding of Data Science concepts.
Familiarity with Python programming.
Basic knowledge of NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Scikit-learn is preferred.
Understanding of statistics and data visualization concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently.
Eligibility
Students currently pursuing Graduation or Post-Graduation.
Fresh Graduates.
