About the Role
Ideamint is looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist who can transform ideas into engaging visual content. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of storytelling, video editing, motion graphics, and digital-first content creation.
Key Responsibilities
Edit engaging videos for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, and brand films.
Create motion graphics, animated typography, transitions, and visual effects.
Produce Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, promotional videos.
Handle colour correction, sound design, audio synchronisation, and post-production.
Collaborate with creative, design, and social media teams to execute campaign concepts.
Adapt videos for different platforms, formats, and aspect ratios.
Ensure high-quality output while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Stay updated with editing trends, AI tools, and emerging creative technologies.
Required Skills
Adobe Premiere Pro – Advanced proficiency.
Adobe After Effects – Strong motion graphics and animation skills.
Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator – Working knowledge.
DaVinci Resolve – Added advantage.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, transitions, and composition.
Knowledge of colour grading, sound design, and video export formats.
Experience creating social media content and digital advertising creatives.
2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a creative or advertising agency.
Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to translate creative briefs into impactful visual content.
Comfortable handling multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Updated portfolio or showreel demonstrating video editing and motion graphics skills.
