We’re hiring one person to sit next to the founder and run the things that keep a young consumer-tech company moving.
About us
GenZDealZ.ai is building for India’s Gen Z — deals, rewards and AI tools in one app (Android, iOS and web). We work with partners like HDFC Bank and Visa on campus programmes, and we move fast.
The role
This is not a support role. You’ll act as the founder’s shadow — in every meeting, every partner conversation, every campaign — and gradually take ownership of the pieces you prove yourself on.
You will:
Plan and run all our campaigns end to end — campus drives, partner offers, app launches
Own our social media pages: content calendar, posting, community, performance
Own in-app push notifications and user communication
Be the day-to-day point of contact for partners such as HDFC Bank and Visa — follow-ups, MOMs, decks, coordination
Sit in on all founder meetings, track decisions and action items, and chase them to closure
Jump between tech, sales, marketing and ops as the week demands
Who we’re looking for
Excellent written and spoken communication; a warm, confident, people-first personality
Comfortable with tech — you understand apps, analytics, basic tools and can talk to developers
Strong instincts for sales, marketing and coordination
Organised, proactive, and happy to own things nobody has handed you yet
Freshers welcome. We care about how smart and hungry you are, not years on a CV
Full-time, from our office in Andheri East, Mumbai
