Role Description This part-time remote Insurance Agent role involves advising clients on suitable insurance products and coverage options based on their needs and financial goals. The Insurance Agent will conduct consultations via phone, video, and digital channels, prepare quotes, and support clients through the application and policy renewal processes. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, explaining policy terms, comparing products from different carriers, and maintaining accurate records in the company’s systems. The role also includes following up with prospects, supporting claims-related questions, and collaborating with brokerage and finance teams to ensure a smooth client experience. The Insurance Agent is expected to uphold regulatory requirements and company standards while delivering responsive, high-quality customer service.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Sales and a strong understanding of Insurance products and coverage options.
Candidates should possess skills related to Insurance Brokerage, including working with multiple carriers and comparing policy offerings.
Candidates should possess skills in Finance sufficient to discuss premiums, deductibles, and basic financial implications of coverage.
Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and problem-solving.
Relevant qualifications such as an active insurance license (or eligibility to obtain one) in applicable states are beneficial.
