Nexovant Global Services is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated AR Caller to join our growing team.
We support U.S. healthcare organizations with revenue cycle and back-office operations, including:
Accounts Receivable Follow-Up
Denial Management
Prior Authorization
Insurance Verification
Payment Posting
Credentialing Support
What you’ll do
Follow up on unpaid claims with insurance payers
Work on aging AR and denial claims
Document call outcomes accurately
Review claim status and take appropriate next steps
Communicate clearly with team members
Follow client SOPs and quality guidelines
What we’re looking for
Prior experience in AR calling or medical billing
Good English communication skills
Familiarity with U.S. insurance payer workflows
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable working remotely
Own laptop or desktop required
Reliable internet connection
Compensation
Up to $5/hour
Approx. ₹484/hour
