We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Core Developer to help build and scale our healthcare SaaS platform.
💻 Technical Requirements
Backend: C#, ASP.NET Core 8/10, Web API, EF Core, Dapper
Architecture: Microservices, Clean Architecture, SOLID, DDD, CQRS
API Gateway: YARP / Ocelot
Messaging: RabbitMQ, Kafka, gRPC
Database: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
Caching: Redis
DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, CI/CD
Cloud: Microsoft Azure
Security: JWT, OAuth 2.0, RBAC
Monitoring: Serilog, OpenTelemetry, Grafana
🎯 Key Responsibilities
✅ Design and develop scalable healthcare APIs
✅ Build and maintain microservices-based applications
✅ Develop secure healthcare workflows and integrations
✅ Optimize backend performance and database operations
✅ Implement distributed messaging and caching
✅ Ensure secure handling of healthcare data
✅ Participate in architecture planning and code reviews
⭐ Preferred Experience
Experience with Healthcare SaaS, EHR/EMR, CCM, RPM, HL7 FHIR, and HIPAA-related security requirements is a plus.
