Cloud Platform Engineer
We need an engineer who can make cloud infrastructure boring in the best possible way. You will help delivery teams ship safely by creating repeatable patterns, tightening operational visibility, and reducing manual friction in environments where uptime and control matter.

About The Team
The Platform & Infrastructure team builds software and operational systems that support high-stakes delivery across enterprise and public-sector engagements. We partner closely with engineering, program leadership, and client teams to translate mission-critical requirements into secure, maintainable systems.
Why this role matters
Build and harden the cloud foundations that keep delivery reliable, from deployment pipelines to infrastructure patterns and operational controls.
What you'll do
Design and maintain cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
Improve observability, deployment workflows, and environment consistency across projects.
Support security hardening, secrets management, and access controls in delivery environments.
Troubleshoot build, deployment, and runtime issues with a strong bias toward root-cause fixes.
Document practical platform patterns that teams can adopt without friction.
Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms and infrastructure-as-code workflows.
Strong grasp of deployment automation, runtime operations, and environment design.
Comfort collaborating directly with application engineers on release and platform issues.
Good operational judgment and a preference for resilient defaults.
Ability to work clearly in environments with security and compliance expectations.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AWS-heavy delivery environments, containers, or Kubernetes.
Exposure to compliance-sensitive or public-sector hosting requirements.
Familiarity with cost control, incident response, and service reliability practices.
US salary range
$191,000 - $253,000 USD
This range is an estimate and may vary based on experience, training, role scope, and business needs. Equity and role-specific compensation components are considered separately.
