We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join a leading IT services organization.
📍 Location: Navi Mumbai / Chennai
💼 Experience: 15–20 Years
🎓 Qualification: BE/B.Tech (CS/IT) or MCA
🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office
📅 Working Days: Monday–Friday + 1st, 3rd & 5th Saturday
Key Responsibilities:
Lead large-scale technology programs and application development teams.
Manage end-to-end delivery of banking applications and technology projects.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Oversee J2EE, Java, Spring, Microservices and Oracle-based applications.
Manage project timelines, risks, SLAs, budgets and delivery quality.
Lead large teams in an onsite-offshore delivery model.
Conduct project reviews and communicate progress to senior stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
15+ years of experience in IT, with strong technical leadership and program/project management experience.
Mandatory banking domain experience in NPA, Loans, Retail Banking, Corporate Banking or Digital Banking.
Strong Java/J2EE application design and development background.
Experience with Microservices, Spring, Oracle and containerization.
Experience managing T&M and Fixed Price projects.
Strong team leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in IT services and service delivery.
