Key Responsibilities

Oversee market development, regional performance, and expansion initiatives across international markets.
Identify new business opportunities, emerging market trends, and potential growth areas.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Analyze market conditions, industry developments, and competitive activity to support business decisions.
Establish market performance targets, operational priorities, and reporting standards.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to strengthen market performance.
Evaluate market entry opportunities, business partnerships, and regional expansion plans.
Monitor market performance and recommend strategies to improve business results.
Manage budgets, resources, and strategic initiatives across global markets.
Lead, mentor, and develop regional leaders and cross-functional teams.
Prepare market analysis, performance reports, and strategic recommendations for executive leadership.
Experience & Qualifications
20+ years of professional experience in global markets, business development, market strategy, or related fields.
10+ years of team management and senior leadership experience.
Extensive experience leading market development and business growth initiatives across multiple regions.
Strong understanding of market analysis, commercial strategy, and international business operations.
Proven ability to develop strategic partnerships and identify new market opportunities.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior executives.
Excellent strategic planning, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred; MBA is an advantage.
