Vice President Operations

Role Description
The Vice President Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the firm’s day-to-day business operations. This role will design, implement, and refine operational processes that support sales advising, founder coaching, and fractional leadership services. The Vice President Operations will manage budgeting and resource allocation, monitor performance metrics, and ensure that client engagements are delivered efficiently and consistently. This position will collaborate with leadership to align operational strategies with business goals, oversee cross-functional projects, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves coordinating customer service standards, supporting talent planning, and maintaining compliant and scalable operational frameworks.
Qualifications
Strong Operations Management and Project Management skills to design, implement, and improve processes and cross-functional initiatives.
Demonstrated experience in P&L Management and financial oversight, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Customer Service and client management capabilities to ensure high-quality experiences and long-term relationships with startup clients.
Strategic Planning skills to translate business goals into operational roadmaps and measurable execution plans.
Proven leadership experience in a high-growth, startup, consulting, or professional services environment.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with comfort working with data and metrics.
Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, distributed team.
