Our Stanford location is our second retail store in the Bay Area.──────────About the RoleAs a Retail Sales Associate, you are the face and energy of our brand. You’re passionate about design, comfortable with luxury product, and confident engaging with everyone who walks by or steps into our space. Your #1 priority is to invite guests to try (“sit and feel”) our furniture—turning curiosity into memorable experiences, social engagement, and digital connections. When someone is genuinely interested, you'll capture their information carefully and hand off a warm, well-documented lead.──────────What You’ll Do:Welcome guests and invite them to experience the seating firsthandExplain how the heating works, what the material is, and how it's madeAnswer questions about sizing, installation, power, and outdoor useCapture leads accurately and completely in HubSpotSupport quotes and follow-up alongside the Showroom ManagerHelp with opening and closing, merchandising, and keeping the space beautifulSupport brand events and activations
What We’re Seeking: 1–2 years in retail, hospitality, or a design showroomGenuinely enjoy talking to strangers and explaining something newCareful and accurate with details — a lead captured wrong is a lead lostComfortable with Shopify POS, HubSpot or a similar CRM, and iPadsAvailable evenings and weekendsInterest in design, materials, and how things are madeCompensation & Perks$25–30/hour depending on experienceMonthly store bonus — shared team pool based on store revenue, allocated by hours workedEmployee discountFlexible scheduleParticipation in brand events and activations
