About The Role
We are seeking a talented and dedicated recruitment professional to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, ensuring that University Health attracts top talent to support its mission. This role requires developing effective recruitment strategies, coordinating hiring events, and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers across various departments. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field is required
A minimum of 2 years of experience in high-volume recruitment
Superior customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders
Proven track record of successful recruitment efforts
Experience in healthcare recruitment is a plus
Experience in credentialing processes is essential
Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates to identify the most qualified individuals for various roles within the organization.
Present suitable candidates to hiring managers and facilitate the interview process.
Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Coordinate and promote participation in job fairs and hiring events to expand the candidate pool.
Maintain ongoing communication with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
Support onboarding and credentialing processes for new hires to ensure compliance and a seamless transition.
