Junior R&D Chemist / R&D Intern

Join our R&D team and gain hands-on exposure to organic synthesis, process development, and
laboratory research. We are looking for enthusiastic chemistry graduates with a strong
foundation in organic chemistry.
Experience: 1-2 years in chemical R&D. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key responsibilities
Perform laboratory reactions and organic synthesis under senior chemists.
Support reaction optimisation, work-up, purification, and crystallisation.
Monitor reactions using TLC; assist with sample preparation and analytical testing.
Record experimental procedures, observations, yields, and results accurately.
Assist with literature searches and review research papers and patents.
Follow laboratory safety procedures and maintain equipment, chemicals, and an organised workspace.
Qualifications and skills
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry with an academic background in organic chemistry; M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry preferred.
Junior R&D Chemist: 1-2 years of relevant chemical R&D experience.
R&D Intern: Freshers with academic laboratory or project experience.
Basic understanding of organic reactions, mechanisms, and laboratory techniques.
Careful documentation, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Ability to work collaboratively and follow experimental instructions.
