Volunteer Discord Community Manager

Role Overview
Ctrl+Alt Vault is looking for a creative, community-driven Discord Community Manager to build and organize our Discord server. The goal is to create an engaging community for collectors, Pokémon fans, trading card game enthusiasts, and hobbyists while making Ctrl+Alt Vault a unique destination for collectors.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of the server's structure, moderation, engagement strategy, bots, and creative community experiences.
Responsibilities
Server Setup and Organization
Design and organize the Discord server, including categories, channels, permissions, and member roles.
Create a role system for collectors, Pokémon fans, TCG players, buyers, sellers, and community members.
Set up reaction roles or self-assigned roles so members can customize their interests.
Establish clear onboarding, welcome messages, server rules, and verification procedures.
Create a clean, intuitive server layout that is easy for new and existing members to navigate.
Maintain and update channels as the community grows.
Bots, Automation, Integration
Research, configure, and maintain Discord bots for moderation, leveling, giveaways, reaction roles, tickets, and community engagement.
Automate welcome messages, role assignments, moderation alerts, and frequently asked questions.
Explore integrations for product announcements, website updates, new inventory, and upcoming events.
Ensure bots are reliable, secure, and useful rather than cluttering the server.
Recommend new tools and features that improve the member experience.
Custom Features & Unique Server Ideas
Customize the server's visual identity through channel naming conventions, emojis, role colors, and branded graphics where supported.
Create a consistent naming system inspired by the Ctrl+Alt Vault brand.
Design channel icons, server banners, welcome graphics, and other visual assets as needed.
Ensure the server looks polished, organized, and easy to navigate on desktop and mobile.

A fully structured and organized Discord server.
Configured roles, permissions, and self-selection menus.
Installed and configured bots and automation.
A complete onboarding and verification system.
Branded server presentation and channel organization.
At least three original feature concepts tailored to Ctrl+Alt Vault.
A tested, launch-ready server with setup documentation.
