Deputy Manager

Major Accountabilities
Develop annual / quarterly training programs based on business needs as well as employee development requirement
Execute the training plans to ensure the organizational and employees’ development goals are fully fulfilled as planned
Assist talent manager to carry out talent development programs to build and strengthen company talent pool
Responsible for new employee orientation training for both salaried and hourly employees to help new hires quickly adapt to new work environment
Organize and facilitate other training or people development programs based on business requirements
Support leaders for development activities and career planning, continuously monitor talents and their development actions.
Support Performance management process within the defined scope
Support Employee engagement surveys – system usage, participation, action plans, communication.
Support employees with Workday, Aptiv Academy, Peakon and other tools usage.
Administer learning platforms and learning management systems
Coordinate Graduate and Internship Programs
