📢 WE’RE HIRING | CUSTOMER SERVICES OFFICER TRAINER
Are you technically skilled, passionate about training, and ready to help a team excel?
JOB AIM
To strengthen CSO technical capability through structured training and to support the Chief Technical Engineer in coordinating day-to-day technical operations, field support, quality assurance, equipment accountability, research and development, and reporting. The position exercises delegated supervisory authority while the CTE retains overall departmental accountability
Responsibilities
Training and Staff Development
Technical Support and Field Coordination
Operational Supervision and Quality Assurance
Projects, Research and Development
Tools, Stock and Administrative Support
Qualifications
At least a Diploma in automotive or mechanical engineering with 3yrs experience in the related field

A Good Communicator
Able to ride a motor bike with a valid permit, we’d love to hear from you!
Knowledge about the telematics industry is an added advantage.
