Role Description The Founders Office Intern will support the founding team in a full-time, on-site capacity in the Greater Delhi Area. Day-to-day responsibilities may include conducting market and user research, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting with data analysis related to product performance and learner outcomes. The intern may coordinate cross-functional tasks such as documenting product requirements, tracking project progress, and helping streamline internal processes. Additional responsibilities can include drafting communication materials, assisting with operational tasks, and contributing to strategy discussions and experiments. This role offers exposure to early-stage startup operations, AI-powered edtech, and founder-level decision-making.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and research abilities, including comfort with data, basic analysis, and drawing actionable insights.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports, presentations, and internal documentation.
Organizational and project coordination skills, including task prioritization, attention to detail, and follow-through on deadlines.
Interest in AI, edtech, and exam preparation, with curiosity to learn about product, technology, and user behavior.
Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, collaborative platforms); familiarity with basic product or UX concepts is a plus.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, engineering, data, education, or a related field.
Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area, collaborate with a small team, and adapt to a fast-moving startup environment.
