Role Description The Manager will oversee day-to-day operations at the Bharuch district facility, ensuring smooth production, quality control, and timely distribution of dairy products. This full-time, on-site role includes supervising staff, organizing work schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with procurement, sales, and logistics teams. The Manager will implement and maintain safety and hygiene standards, track performance metrics, and support compliance with local regulations and company policies. The role also involves identifying process improvements, resolving operational issues, and contributing to strategic planning to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Operational management skills, including team supervision, workflow planning, and resource allocation.
Experience with production or manufacturing environments, preferably in food, beverages, or dairy.
Knowledge of quality assurance, hygiene standards, and basic safety and regulatory compliance.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities for coordinating cross-functional activities.
Basic understanding of inventory management, supply chain processes, and vendor coordination.
Proficiency in using common office software and reporting tools to track operations and performance.
Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, food technology, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Bharuch district and adapt to a fast-paced, hands-on operational environment.
