About the Role
FDH Machinery is looking for a driven, results oriented Recruiter to help build and scale our workforce in the material handling and industrial automation industry.
We support large-scale warehouse automation, conveyor installation, and industrial construction projects across the United States and Mexico. As our project pipeline continues to grow, we need a recruiter who can identify, attract, and mobilize qualified tradespeople to meet demanding project schedules.

Key Responsibilities
Recruit and hire mechanical installers, conveyor installers, lead mechanics, field supervisors, and other skilled tradespeople.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other creative recruiting strategies.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming projects.
Conduct candidate screenings and evaluate experience, availability, travel readiness, and project fit.
Coordinate interviews, onboarding, documentation, and mobilization requirements.
Work closely with operations and project management to understand manpower demands, start dates, and staffing priorities.
Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting activity, and hiring reports.
Develop relationships with trade schools, industry contacts, and skilled labor networks.
Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
Meet recruiting goals while maintaining a high standard of candidate quality and reliability.
Qualifications
Mastery in recruiting material handling mechanics and electricians.
Experience recruiting and hiring with a material handling sub contractor or staffing company.
Bilingual is a requirement.
Strong sourcing, communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions and changing project schedules.
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with time sensitive staffing requirements.
Proficiency with job boards, LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office.
Self motivated, accountable, and capable of working independently.
Willingness to learn the material handling and warehouse automation industry.

Reducing time-to-fill while maintaining candidate quality.
Maintaining strong communication with candidates and internal teams.
