Role Description The Portfolio Manager will oversee a diversified real estate portfolio in the Greater Delhi Area, ensuring assets are managed to achieve targeted financial and operational performance. This full-time, on-site role includes monitoring portfolio performance, analyzing property-level data, and implementing strategies to optimize returns and manage risk. Day-to-day responsibilities involve reviewing financial reports, coordinating with property management teams, and supporting investment decisions such as acquisitions, disposals, and lease strategies. The Portfolio Manager will prepare regular performance updates for stakeholders, contribute to budgeting and forecasting, and help refine portfolio strategy based on market trends and client objectives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess risk, and support evidence-based decision-making.
Candidates should possess Finance and Investments skills to evaluate opportunities, understand capital structures, and manage returns.
Candidates should possess Portfolio Management skills to oversee asset performance, balance risk and reward, and align portfolio actions with strategy.
Candidates should possess Trading-related skills where relevant to real estate or financial instruments linked to the portfolio.
Relevant experience in real estate, property management, asset management, or investment analysis is highly beneficial.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in spreadsheet and analytics tools; familiarity with property management or financial modeling software is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in investment or real estate are a plus.
