Overview:
Hiring semi-local CDL-A drivers for in Lansing, MI with competitive pay averaging $90,000 yearly, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, no touch freight, Tuesday-Saturday schedule. Drivers make deliveries across IL, IN, WI, OH, and MI (excluding downtown Chicago).
Details:
Average $90,000 annual pay with mileage and stop pay tiers.
Local 0.72-0.74 CPM Regional 0.63-0.66 CPM
$10,000 sign-on bonus plus $500 show bonus for early hires
$100/week attendance bonus
Paid online orientation plus lunch provided at site
Scheduled work: Tuesday through Saturday with Sundays and Mondays off
No touch freight required, reducing physical labor
Out 2-3 nights weekly, balancing home time and road time
7 to 10 PTO days depending on tenure plus 6 paid holidays annually
Mileage pay increases with tenure up to 0.745 cpm for local runs
Backhauls paid $30 per stop, breakdown pay $25/hr after 2 hours up to $300
Drivers operate in MI, IL, IN, OH, WI, avoiding downtown Chicago
Requirements:
Three months CDL experience required
Must relocate or live near Lansing, MI for orientation and local home. Within 60 mile radius of 48917
Limited to semi-local operation in specified states; no downtown Chicago deliveries
