 Oversee speaker series, campus outreach, ONC booths, and networking opportunities.
 Collaborate with the Director of Community Events, COO, and CEO on the College
Campus Initiative and ONC College Chapters.
 Guide outreach to speakers, mentors, experts, ONC advisors, college clubs, and campus
representatives.
 Coordinate event scheduling, speaker confirmations, Zoom setup, Eventbrite listings, and

 Partner with other ONC departments on event promotion and execution.
 Support onboarding, coach interns, and provide constructive feedback.
 Report team progress, resource needs, and escalated challenges to leadership.
 Gather event feedback and recommend improvements.
