About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead U.S. operations, improve business performance, and support strategic growth in the advanced surface protection industry.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute operational strategies for the U.S. market.
Oversee business operations, budgets, and performance.
Lead cross-functional teams and optimize operational efficiency.
Expand strategic partnerships and distribution networks.
Collaborate with executive leadership to drive sustainable growth.
Qualifications
12+ years of experience in operations or business management.
8+ years in senior leadership roles.
Proven experience in business expansion and operational leadership.
Strong financial management and strategic planning skills.
Background in coatings, chemicals, manufacturing, or related industries preferred.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
