This is a 100% commission-only, independent contractor role. There is no base salary.
VB Web Studio builds complete websites for small businesses (design, hosting, domain, local SEO and monthly updates), live in 48 hours. We're growing a team of remote closers to sell our US catalog.
WHAT YOU SELL (per year, all-in)
Basic, $499: custom site up to 5 sections, mobile-first, local SEO, hosting, domain and SSL, 2 changes a month.
Pro, $799: everything in Basic + up to 10 pages, professional copywriting, Google Business Profile optimization, booking or quote form.
Premium, $1,299: everything in Pro + online store or booking system, 3 extra SEO landing pages, analytics and conversion tracking.
WHAT YOU EARN
Basic $99.80 (20%), Pro $199.75 (25%), Premium $389.70 (30%).
Your rate grows with your total sales: at least 25% on every plan from sale 6, 30% on everything from sale 16.
10% again every year your client renews (12% from sale 16).
Bonuses: $50 for your first sale within 14 days, $75 for your first Premium, $100 for 5 sales in a month, $300 for 10, $200 for Closer of the Month.
Paid every Friday via PayPal, once the client's payment has cleared and the site is live. No cap.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You've sold before (ideally services to small businesses), you're comfortable on the phone or over email in English, and you like being paid for results. Commission only, no base salary, your own hours.
Compensation: commission only, no base salary. $99.80 to $389.70 per sale + renewals + bonuses.
