Construction Project Management Coordinator

Job Description:
This role focuses on project coordination, manufacturing, and customer support.
Position Responsibilities:
Manage cutlist projects from order submittal through delivery, serving as the primary liaison between customers and the manufacturing plant while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Oversee project schedules, process orders, coordinate purchasing and production, maintain accurate documentation and communicate updates to customers and internal teams.
Support customers with material issues, warranty requests, and claims while ensuring all orders comply with approved sales documentation and company policies.

Ability to interact effectively and communicate with all levels of the organisation
Ability to be organised and execute tasks in a timely manner
Problem solving, logical thinking and sound judgement
You should be no more than 12 months post-graduation and available to take up a position no later than 30 September 2027
You should have no more than 12 months’ work experience (not including university placements, internships, summer jobs, etc.)
You must be eligible to live and work permanently in the U.S
You will need to have a Degree and/or Masters in a relevant discipline i.e.: Construction Management or Project Management
A good level of verbal and written English
Driving Licence
Willing to work full-time, in person
Compensation:
The compensation for this role is $70,000 per year.
