Qualifications
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent mechanical discipline from a recognized institution.
Hands-on skills in operating mechanical tools and equipment, basic fitting and assembly, and understanding of mechanical drawings.
Ability to perform routine maintenance, basic troubleshooting of mechanical issues, and use of standard measuring instruments (e.g., vernier calipers, micrometers).
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production workflows, and quality standards in an industrial or automotive environment.
Strong attention to detail, adherence to safety practices, and ability to follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.
Effective communication skills, ability to work in a team, and willingness to work in shifts as required by production schedules.
Prior experience or internship in a mechanical or manufacturing setup is an advantage.
Basic computer literacy for recording production data and maintaining simple reports is beneficial.
