Nexora Commerce Pvt. Ltd. is the company building the technology, data, and operating systems behind Tudoholic — one of Nepal's largest fashion and lifestyle e-commerce operations.
We run a high-velocity, cash-on-delivery model: products are discovered, sourced from China, imported, quality-checked, and delivered across Nepal at a scale that demands serious operational and engineering rigor. The business is profitable, growing fast, and deeply data-driven — we already build our own internal tools for pricing, profitability, quality scoring, demand intelligence, and fulfillment.
What makes the next phase different is ownership. We are moving from off-the-shelf commerce platforms to our own ERP, our own algorithms, and our own machine-learning models — systems designed specifically for the economics of high-volume, COD, cross-border retail.
The Founder’s Story
Ten years ago, this started as a few hundred orders a day. Today we move roughly a thousand orders every single day across Nepal — cash on delivery, sourced entirely from China, run on a stack we have stretched, bent, and out-engineered well past what it was designed to do.
We are now at the point where the next phase of growth will not come from working the same systems harder. It will come from building our own.
Over the next two to three years we intend to grow from one thousand orders a day to five thousand, and then ten thousand. That is not a marketing ambition — it is an engineering and operations problem. It means a catalog moving toward millions of SKUs, a supplier network approaching a quarter-million sources in China, and decisions about pricing, inventory, demand, and fulfillment that no human team can make fast enough, or often enough, by hand.
So we are building our own. Our own algorithms. Our own models. Our own commerce engine that crunches millions of data points, learns from every order, and corrects itself over time. We will move off the platforms we have outgrown and onto systems we own end to end.
To do that, we are hiring five senior people in 2026 — the architects, builders, and operators who will design and run that engine. This is one of them.

Dispatch Operations Team Lead
The person who makes sure every one of today’s thousand orders walks out the door on time — and tomorrow’s ten thousand do too.

What You’d Be Walking Into
A dispatch operation moving fast, with orders processed and shipped daily across Nepal on a tight, COD-driven timeline.
A team that needs a leader, not just a supervisor: people doing the daily, hands-on work of getting orders out the door accurately and on time.
Real coordination complexity: dispatch sits at the intersection of inventory, courier partners, customer support, and operations — nothing happens in isolation.
A function under scrutiny: dispatch accuracy and turnaround time are some of the most visible signals of whether the business is operating well.
The Mission
Dispatch is the last internal checkpoint before a customer’s order leaves our hands. Every order that goes out accurately and on time builds trust in a market where COD already asks customers to trust us first. Every late or inaccurate dispatch becomes a failed delivery, a return, or a customer we don’t get a second chance with.
As volume grows from where we are today toward thousands of orders a day, dispatch can’t stay a manual, person-dependent process — it needs a leader who turns it into a disciplined, measurable system: clear SOPs, tracked KPIs, and a team that runs the floor without needing to be told twice.
What You’ll Own
Dispatch operations: oversee day-to-day order processing, dispatch schedules, and shipment readiness, end to end.
Team leadership: lead, assign, coach, and review the dispatch team so the floor runs on accountability, not supervision.
Courier & logistics coordination: manage relationships with courier and logistics partners, and resolve shipment delays and failed deliveries before they become customer problems.
Process & compliance: enforce dispatch SOPs, close gaps in the workflow, and support the rollout of new tools and systems as the operation scales.
Reporting & data: keep dispatch records and KPI trackers accurate and current, and turn that data into recommendations management can act on.
Cross-functional coordination: work tightly with inventory, procurement, and customer support so fulfillment never stalls on a handoff.
Who You Are
2+ years in operations, logistics, e-commerce, or warehouse management, with real experience leading a team, not just being part of one.
A proven people leader: you can supervise, motivate, and hold a floor team accountable day after day.
A sharp problem-solver: when a shipment is delayed or an order is wrong, you find the cause and fix the process, not just the one ticket.
Comfortable with the numbers: proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools, and able to read dispatch data, not just collect it.
Built for a fast-paced floor: strong organizational instincts and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once without losing accuracy.
Bonus Points
Experience leading operational or fulfillment teams specifically, rather than general operations.
Hands-on familiarity with order fulfillment, logistics coordination, or e-commerce dispatch workflows.
Experience building or improving SOPs, not just following them.
What Success Looks Like
Within 6 months: on-time dispatch rate and order accuracy are climbing and holding steady, shipment issues get caught and resolved faster, and the dispatch floor runs on documented SOPs and daily reporting rather than firefighting. The team operates with less direct oversight because the system — not the supervisor — is doing the work of keeping things on track.
