2. Role Description & Responsibilities
The selected faculty member will be responsible for delivering high-quality Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics lectures (as per the applied subject) to students preparing for JEE, NEET and MHT-CET examinations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct both online and offline classes, as required by the institute.
* Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, systematic and engaging manner.
* Deliver lectures fluently, confidently and effectively, ensuring strong conceptual understanding among students.
* Maintain effective classroom management, discipline and student engagement.
* Develop students’ problem-solving, analytical and application-based skills.
* Prepare students according to the latest examination patterns, syllabi and competitive examination requirements.
* Conduct and discuss tests, assignments and practice questions to monitor student progress.
* Address students’ doubts effectively and provide academic guidance to improve their performance.
3. Qualifications & Eligibility
* Essential Qualification: A postgraduate degree (Master’s degree) in the relevant subject — Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics
* Subject Expertise: Strong command over fundamental concepts, advanced problem-solving techniques and application-based learning.
* Teaching Experience: Prior experience in coaching students for JEE / NEET / MHT-CET is appreciated.
* Teaching Methodology: Excellent conceptual clarity, structured lesson delivery and the ability to simplify challenging topics.
* Communication Skills: Fluent, confident and effective teaching delivery.
* Classroom Management: Strong class-control skills, with the ability to maintain discipline and create a productive learning environment.
