Imperial Prestige is an independent MDU Telecom Advisory firm. We act exclusively as fiduciaries for multi-family property owners and asset managers. We run the entire telecom lifecycle, from competitive multi-carrier RFPs and infrastructure audits to custom contract negotiations, securing $0-CapEx fiber buildouts, upfront Right-of-Entry capital, and recurring monthly NOI.
The Role
We are seeking high-drive, autonomous B2B hunters and commercial real estate originators to source, pitch, and secure Master Broker of Record (BOR) agreements with multi-family property owners, developers, and regional property management companies.
You are the front-end rainmaker. You own the hunt from scratch, prospecting ownership groups, pitching our independent advisory model, and locking in the Broker of Record status. Once signed, our internal engineering, legal, and back-end RFP teams take over to run the multi-carrier bidding war and execute the contract.
Key Responsibilities
Self-Sourced Outbound Hunting: Build your own pipeline by prospecting and pitching property owners, asset managers, and C-suite real estate executives.
Advisory Pitching: Educate ownership on the value of independent fiduciary representation, showing how we eliminate carrier friction, secure upfront cash per door, and build resident tech-fee NOI.
Securing the BOR: Guide the client through executing the Master Broker of Record agreement and gathering initial portfolio data (door counts, addresses, contract statuses).
Pipeline Hand-Off: Transition closed BOR accounts smoothly to our executive and engineering teams for market bidding.
What You Bring to the Table
Hunting DNA: A true self-starter with a proven track record in high-stakes B2B hunting, commercial real estate, multi-family advisory, or enterprise sales.
Industry Acumen: A solid understanding of property management, real estate ownership structures, or infrastructure development.
Autonomy: The discipline to operate remotely, manage your own outbound pipeline, and close high-value institutional accounts.
