Role Description The Corporate Billing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Gayatri Hospital in Raipur. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end corporate and institutional billing process, including timely generation of invoices, coordination with corporate clients, insurance partners, and internal departments, and ensuring accurate posting of charges and payments. The Corporate Billing Manager monitors revenue cycle performance, identifies discrepancies, and leads corrective actions to optimize collections and minimize denials. Daily tasks include supervising billing staff, reviewing high-value bills, reconciling accounts, preparing reports for management, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves implementing process improvements, supporting audits, and maintaining clear communication with finance and administration teams.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Billing Process and Invoicing, with experience managing high-volume hospital or corporate accounts.
Candidates should possess proficiency in Billing Systems, including hospital information systems and billing software, with the ability to troubleshoot and improve workflows.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for reviewing billing data, identifying variances, and preparing clear, actionable reports.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management, including charge capture, claims submission, payment posting, reconciliation, and denial management.
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, healthcare administration, or a related field; advanced certification in medical billing or hospital accounting is an advantage.
Prior experience in hospital billing or healthcare finance, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to work with deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and team leadership skills, with a collaborative and ethical approach to work.
