Conduct in-process audits in Mixing, Extrusion, Inner Liner, 4RC, and Bead Preparation areas as per control plans and SOPs. Perform product audits and verify conformance to quality standards and specifications. Monitor critical process parameters and report deviations / obsevations immediately. Ensure adherence to quality systems, inspection requirements, and process discipline. Support containment, segregation, and follow-up of non-conforming material. Maintain audit records, inspection reports, and shift quality documentation.
